Talikser Project Management Ltd has developed a specific and fine-tuned site feasibility approach. In order to achieve faster study start-up, company team has managed to map out and get into contact with potential KoLs and PIs in Republic of North Macedonia. This means that the site selection, PI involvement and patient recruitment can start quite earlier; to provide realistic view on the site capabilities and to achieve important early milestones.
